Sports acrobatics is a special kind of sport combining masterful control of own body and acrobatic feats.

Exercise groups:

  • Balance routine (static exercises): headstands and handstands, crab postures. Such exercises train coordination perfectly, teach you to feel and control your body, find an internal balance.
  • Tempo routine (dynamic exercises): roll-overs of various complexity.
  • Combined exercises: judo mat flips, round-off, flick-flack and others.
  • Voltage exercises (sprints) are performed in pairs.

The teaching methods in FitFashion are structured in a way allowing you to master the basics of circus art from the first visits, even in the absence of due schooling. Our coaching staff comprises professionals of the Russian circus arena, multiple champions in acrobatics and honoured circus performers.
