As a coach, I practice self-coaching strategies, trying to apply different training and nutrition approaches to myself in order to strengthen and improve the stable mind-body connection.

After all, our body is an outward reflection of our inner self. Exercising the body, we exercise the mind and vice versa. This is what I call the holistic approach.
