RPM

RPM is a cyclic training session adapted to the Less Mills style. Intensive cardio exercise on stationary bikes burns the maximum number of calories, strengthens the heart and increases stamina. Pre-registration is required and opens 24 hours before the start of the lesson.

Cycle ICG

Intensive training on the latest generation of exercise bikes. The main difference between such classes is that the load is formed on the basis of individual indicators, the functional threshold power that a race participant can withstand for one hour (FTP power). Classes are held in different modes: participants compete with each other, together strive for a common goal, compete with teams, set personal records. The main indicators of the participants are displayed on the general screen in the form of colorful graphics: speed, distance, power, number of calories burned. The optional ICG heat feature allows you to display visual cues to make it easier for participants to follow the trainer's instructions. Advantages of training: - Individual adjustment of the simulator - Visualization of indicators on a common monitor - Automatic transfer of results to a mobile application - Individual training statistics - Heart rate monitoring using Polar sensors Recording in 24 hours is required.
