FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

This is a new stage in fitness development. Its popularity stems from the wide range of training opportunities available to people of all fitness levels, ages and training goals. During training, you will not just work your muscles, but also learn proper movement techniques that will come in handy in everyday life. This type of training allows you to develop all five human physical traits – endurance, flexibility, coordination, agility and muscular strength.

FST (functional strength training)

Functional strength training is aimed at working all muscle groups and developing strength, endurance and coordination. Body-weight moves and various equipment: steppers, bodybars, body-pumps, dumbbells, expanders. During training, basic and functional exercises are performed in turns. Great attention is paid to proper exercise technique. Suitable for clients with any level of fitness.

CORE + FLEX

CORE - Training of the muscles responsible for pelvic, hip and spinal stabilization. Contributes to the formation of a muscular corset that holds the spine together. One of the positive effects is the development of correct posture. Body-weight exercises as well as light equipment (dumbbells, body-pump weights), Bosu and fitballs. Suitable for clients with any level of fitness.

FLEX - A comprehensive program for improving body flexibility and joint mobility. The workout program includes dynamic and static stretching exercises that make muscles and ligaments more elastic.
