Healthy Spine

This class is for prevention and functional recovery of lumbar, thoracic and cervical parts of the spine. The method contains the best exercises of physical therapy, yoga, pilates and myofascial release which were developed and improved by the trainer of the course. The classes are recommended to the people with sedentary lifestyle, office clerks and those who decided to improve their posture and restore the spine.

Split Studio

The class is based on proprietary methodology of general stretching. As a warmup you will have some elements of strip-dance, exercises for joints, plastic body and posture. You will also prepare your muscle, ligament and joints for practice of splits. The class is recommended for all fitness levels.
