This class is for prevention and functional recovery of lumbar, thoracic and cervical parts of the spine. The method contains the best exercises of physical therapy, yoga, pilates and myofascial release which were developed and improved by the trainer of the course. The classes are recommended to the people with sedentary lifestyle, office clerks and those who decided to improve their posture and restore the spine.

KNIFE FIGHTING
The workout enables you not only to master the skills of handling weaponry, but also to bring your efficiency, reaction, reflexes to a new qualitative level, to improve your physical form significantly.
