Strength-building workout of core muscle groups using special modular barbell, dumbbells and steppers. During the class, every muscle group is worked out separately.

Strength-building workout of the upper torso muscles: chest, shoulders, back and abdominals. The classes may take place in the SUPER SCULPT or PUMP manner.

An intense strength-building workout aimed at strengthening leg muscles. During the class, a number of exercises are practiced - with different equipment and based on own weight.
