Started doing sports at the age of 7 (athletics) and then took a break; however, over 9 years ago, sports became an integral part of my life. It's what inspires me to keep pushing forward. Working as a coach and helping people is my calling. I get tremendous satisfaction when I pass my knowledge on to people and help them become an improved version of themselves.
